Through your consultation and investigations, Dr Rosamilia aims to diagnose your pelvic floor disorder and give you all the information you need to understand the problem and what options are available to you. This will normally involve a history and examination, and you may need to have further investigations to determine the severity or cause of the problem.

Investigations may include urodynamic studies, ultrasound scans, and other medical imaging, which may be separately booked outside your appointment and will be followed by discussion of the results.

Together, you will decide if a surgical procedure is best to treat your condition. If this is the case,Dr Rosamilia is able to offer a wide range of gynaecological, pelvic floor and continence procedures utilising vaginal, laparoscopic or robotic surgery.
